HR staff volunteer at local nature reserve
6 September 2010. 20 members of the HR Department undertook an afternoon of volunteering at the Shire Brook Valley Nature Reserve in the South-East of Sheffield to help with ongoing conservation projects.

2010 National Pay Negotiations
3 August 2010. A series of meetings have been held commencing in March 2010 between UCEA on behalf of the employers and the recognised trade unions representing staff members to seek agreement for pay settlement in 2010-11.
